• Information you submit through our enquiry forms: name, phone, email, business details (if trade), product category, suburb and message.
• Attribution data captured with your submission: the source, medium and campaign that brought you to the site (e.g. social, email, search). This is read from the URL and stored with your enquiry.
• Aggregated, anonymised site analytics (page views, device type, general location) via Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

• To respond to your enquiry with pricing, specifications, lead times and trade rates.
• To understand which channels bring enquiries, so we can improve how we help customers.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

• Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io) and emailed to our internal enquiry inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's data processing terms.

• You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us below.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
